Our signature Yoga for Every ‘Body’ class is suitable for beginners who are just starting out on their Yoga journey.

Learn the basics, develop your understanding and build your confidence.

This class is available as a studio yoga class, online via Zoom or as a Yoga with Jai Home Practice session.

Yoga Flow

Yoga for Every ‘Body’ slow flow classes are ideal for beginners who are just starting to learn about yoga.

These classes are invigorating yet relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Wake up your body and mind through traditional Hatha Yoga asana (poses), sun salutation and slow flow sequences.

As well as some wonderful calming benefits of Pranayama (breath work) to help with anxiety. Feel calm, refreshed and ready for the day or evening ahead.

SUITABLE FROM 16 YEARS ONWARDS.

Common benefits: Tone and strengthen the body, challenge and calm the mind, improve posture, balance and flexibility, improve lung health (pranayama) & maintain a healthier lifestyle.
