Multi Classes Passes make it cheaper with our 3, 5, 10 classes pass.

+ HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS, WORKSHOP OR RETREAT?

+ WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE?

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BEFORE TAKING PART IN ANY EXERCISE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE & DO NOT HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE.

+ WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY YOGA CLASS

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING BRING SOME WATER IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MATS, FEEL FREE TO BRING IT ALONG WITH YOU.

FOR YOUR PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL YOGA BRING A PILLOW & BLANKET FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY MUSLIN CLOTH & TOYS FOR BABY YOU ARE ABLE TO FEED AND CHANGE YOUR BABIES DURING CLASS. BABYWEARING SLING FOR BABY IF YOU WISH (REALLY GOOD IF YOU BABY HAS REFLUX OR DOESN’T LIKE BEING ON THEIR BACK OR TUMMY)

+ HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I PRACTICE YOGA?

ATTENDING WEEKLY CLASSES GIVES YOU THE BEST OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND FOR THE PRACTICE TO BECOME SECOND NATURE. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ATTEND 2 – 3 CLASSES A WEEK IF POSSIBLE. MOST PEOPLE ATTEND AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK, TO GET A REGULAR PRACTICE. THE PASSES MAKE THE CLASSES CHEAPER AND GIVE YOU FLEXIBILITY TO ATTEND ANY OF OUR CLASSES.

+ WHEN CAN I START POSTNATAL CLASSES?

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH YOUR GP OR HEALTH VISTOR BEFORE EXERCISING. AROUND 6 WEEKS AFTER VAGINAL BIRTH & 8 WEEKS AFTER C-SECTION DELIVERIES.

+ WHEN CAN I START REGULAR YOGA PRACTICES?

WITH ANY EXERCISE SHOULD ALWAY CHECKED WITH YOUR GP OR HEALTH VISTOR BEFORE JOINING.

IF YOU ARE PREGNANT JOIN OUR YOGA FOR PREGNANCY CLASSES.

IF HAVE RECENTLY HAD A BABY JOIN WHEN YOU FEEL STRONGER, NORMALLY RECOMMENDED AFTER 6 MONTHS.

+ WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOGA AND PILATES?

BOTH YOGA AND PILATES FOCUS ON DEVELOPING STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY AND POSTURE. THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE MOVES IN YOGA ARE DESIGNED TO INCREASE THE STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY OF THE WHOLE BODY AND IMPROVE BREATHING. PILATES ALSO FOCUSES ON BREATHING, BUT ITS EXERCISES CONCENTRATE MUCH MORE ON PRECISE MOVEMENTS TO TARGET SPECIFIC PARTS OF THE BODY.
