YIN RELAXATION YOGA

YIN YOGA / GUIDED RELAXATION

Yoga for Every ‘Body’ Yin ‘O’ Clock classes, are simple, but simple does not mean easy. The asanas (poses) are held several minutes at a time. The steadier practice allows for safe and positive 'stress' on the body, but also allows for a more meditative practice to allow the body and mind connect differently to a yang style practice. Enjoy & feel a deeper connection with a focused approach.

Guided Relaxation Class

It’s a simple way to reduce stress & anxiety.

A guided relaxation (Yoga nidra) promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health.
